We are still absolutely buzzing.

Last week, we wrapped up our very first AH SI Property Retreat in the Val di Chiana. We had guests fly in from Hong Kong, New York, Frankfurt, Queensland, and Texas. We expected a highly productive week of property viewings, legal deep-dives, and tax strategy. And we got that. But what we didn't expect was the sheer, undeniable magic of the community that built itself by day two.

It turns out that people don't just want a stone house in Europe; they want to find their people. They want to belong to a network that looks out for each other, swaps houses, and shares the journey. By the day after the retreat ended, guests were already traveling together and planning the next meetup.

We learned a few massive lessons. First, you absolutely can mix business with pleasure. Our guest lawyers and tax experts didn't just give a presentation and run to their cars - they stayed, ate meals cooked by our private chef, and had wine with us under the Tuscan stars. Second, nobody wants to chase down ten different agents and attorneys on their own. You just want one trusted team sitting at the table to get things done for you.

Artificial intelligence is going to automate a lot of things in the next few years. But you simply cannot automate the energy of sitting around a table with real humans, laughing your head off, and making life-changing decisions.
